Features include a pastor’s office, admin office, integrated shop, cafe, lobby, and a kids’ garden with decking. The design enhances functionality and the worship experience.
-Develop concept designs in collaboration with the project architect. -Prepare stage reports to document progress. -Produce concept renders to visualise designs. -Liaise with clients to understand and address their needs. -Design in compliance with building regulations and local council SPD guidelines.

My roles was focused on proposing concept designs and spatial organisation, meetings with the architect, and implementing any necessary changes. The project brief outlines the creation of a large rear extension and a loft conversion for the existing property, plus two additional new units of 3 bedroom house.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Led design meetings with architects and gathered necessary feedback. - Proposed concept options to meet client requirements. - Developed unit layouts in accordance with council SPD and building regulations. - Constructed a detailed 3D model based on site surveys obtained from third parties. - Resolved design issues as they arose.
